Terms of Service.

Turnpike Tech provides AI automation systems for home-service contractors: missed-call text-back, AI-assisted job booking, automated quote follow-up, and review requests. The system runs on phone numbers you control and sends messages on your behalf, in your business's name, using scripts and rules you approve.

Messages are sent only to people who have opted in: customers who called or texted your business first, requested a quote, or booked a job. Message frequency varies by how busy your phone is, a missed-call text-back goes out within about 60 seconds of the missed call; follow-ups and reminders go out on the schedule we agree on.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile plan. Anyone can opt out at any time by replying STOP; replying HELP returns help information. We honor opt-outs promptly, and opted-out numbers are never messaged again unless they re-initiate contact.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You own the customer relationships. That means: the business name, pricing, service area, and messaging rules you give us are accurate; you have the right to message the customers you put in the system; and you won't use the service for spam, cold outreach to purchased lists, or anything your customers didn't ask for. Cold, unsolicited bulk messaging gets accounts shut down, by us and by the carriers.

We run the system on reliable infrastructure and keep it monitored, but no service is up 100% of the time. We'll tell you about planned maintenance and fix outages as fast as we can. We build the system to recover revenue, but specific revenue, lead counts, or booking numbers are not promised. Your results depend on your market, your pricing, and your operation.

Billing terms are set in your individual agreement or order form. You can cancel as described there. If you cancel, the system stops sending on your behalf and your number is released back to you.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Turnpike Tech's liability for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the issue. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost jobs, or anything downstream of a message that went out late or not at all.

We'll post updated terms here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you're fine with it.
